Online Entry Instructions

ALL 2026 NCJLS Entries MUST be entered through the ONLINE LINK - ALL exhibitors MUST enter online and SUBMIT PAYMENT at time of entry.

Exhibitors MUST be a member of 4-H/FFA/FCCLA at entry deadline to be eligible to enter. Membership will be verified upon entry deadline, failure to be an enrolled member may result in disqualification.

ALL NCJLS Exhibitors exhibiting an animal project MUST take and complete Quality Counts Test. Exhibitors are required to take test once per age group 3rd-5th, 6th-8th, 9th-12th. Certificate # MUST be entered for each Livestock Entry.

If the exhibitor is competiting for Homemaking Sweepstakes Contest. (Senior Division exhibitors ONLY) You must type "YES" in the box.

This system will be available from 9/1/2025 to 11/1/2025 @ 5:00 PM.

ALL entries submitted after November 1, 2025 will be considered a LATE Entry and subject to applicable LATE fees found in 2026 NCJLS Rule Book, General Rule #10; page 15.

REMEMBER, your entry IS NOT complete until you have submitted a copy of EXHIBITOR'S completed W-9 and PAYMENT.

Online Entry Instructions: To begin, click "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner of ONLINE entry page.

Select "Exhibitor" and enter Name, then select "I am a new exhibitor…". Even if you have exhibited in the 2025 NCJLS, ALL 2026 NCJLS Exhibitors MUST set up new exhibitor information. Click "Continue".

Enter all your own personal information. Exhibitors will enter a personal PASSWORD and it is your responsibility to remember your PASSWORD. AGAIN, This year gracious donors have provided each exhibitor a complimentary shirt - PLEASE FILL IN YOUR SHIRT SIZE. Click, "Continue".

Confirm Registration Information - IMPORTANT, verify ALL Personal information is correct (e-mail, phone number and address are our way of contacting you). Click, "Continue".

Now that your account is open, you can add "Entries." In the Entries screen, choose a Department and then a Division, then click "Add Entry to cart". ALL livestock entries require a completed W-9 upload to continue with the online entry process. Continue adding entries. After all entries are entered click, "Continue".

Additional items include PRESALE 4-day car pass ($20.00/each * all other CAR PASSES PURCHASED will be at the rate of $30/each) and the opportunity to purchase presale shavings at a discount ($8 presale/$10@Show) Also, additional T-shirst can be purchased at this time. Click, "Continue".

When you have completed your entry and have reached the confirmation page SIGN and Submit as directed.

REMEMBER - Payment MUST be made at time of online entry check out.REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR CART SO YOU WON'T NEED TO START OVER IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL ENTRIES TO ENTER LATER.

When you have completed your entry and have reached the confirmation page SIGN and submit as directed.

REMEMBER - Payment MUST be submitted at time of online entry check out.

A receipt will be available at check out and emailed to the email address on your information page. YOUR RECEIPT is YOUR PROOF OF ENTRY.
