2018 NUECES COUNTY JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SHOW
ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM!
 
CLUB MANAGERS, AST AND FCCLA LEADERS ONLY!
 
Exhibitors MUST be a member of 4-H/FFA/FCCLA at entry deadline to be eligible to enter.
 
Quality Counts Certificate # MUST be entered for each Livestock Exhibitor.
 
Type "YES" if exhibitor is competiting for Homemaking Sweepstakes Contest. (Senior Division exhibitors ONLY)
 
NEW THIS YEAR:
A MANDATORY course on Quality Counts/Residue Avoidance is required to participate in this year's Show. See page 12 & 13; Rule #4 for dates.
 
This system will be available from 9/29/2017 to 4:00 PM 10/27/2017.
  
Online Entry Instructions: To sign in, click "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner and choose "Club" to enter all of your students from your club/chapter.  Select your club/chapter and enter the password provided from the show office.
 
Once your account is open, you can "Begin adding Exhibitors and their Entries."  Enter the exhibitor name, click "This exhibitor has already been registered" and type the password and click continue.
 
In the Exhibitor Information screen, click "Edit Information" and enter any missing information.  (Note: email and age are REQUIRED.)  When the information is complete, click continue.  
 
If this is a first time exhibitor or you can not find an exhibitor you will need to set them up as a new exhibitor.
 
In the Entries screen, choose a Department and then a Division, then click "Add Entry to Cart." Continue adding entries or continue.
 
When you have completed your entries and have reached the confirmation page, PRINT, SIGN, and SUBMIT as directed.  
 
Remember that ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS MUST SUBMIT AN ENTRY FORM WITH A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND DRUG CERTIFICATION FORM.  ALL ENTRY FORMS ARE DUE TO THE SHOW OFFICE BY 4 PM, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2017.
